Ihor Kondratyuk
Ihor Kondratyuk is a Ukrainian television presenter, showman and producer — one of the most recognisable faces of Ukrainian light entertainment and, for a generation of performers, the man who opened the door to a national stage.
As the host and producer of the long-running Karaoke na Maidani and Shans, and a judge on X-Factor Ukraine and Ukraine's Got Talent, he has decided thousands of auditions. On this panel he heads the jury — the vote that closes an audition and the voice the other judges answer to.
A career built on finding talent
X-Factor Ukraine
As a judge on Ukraine's flagship vocal competition, Ihor weighs in on the singers who advance week after week. His verdicts are the ones the whole studio waits for — direct, sometimes tough, but always rooted in decades of spotting who has the voice and the character to last. For many contestants, his "yes" is the moment a career begins.

Ukraine's Got Talent
For nearly a decade on «Україна має талант», Ihor sat on the jury of the country's biggest all-genre talent stage — judging singers, dancers, circus acts and one-of-a-kind performers side by side. He became known for taking every act seriously, however unusual, and for pushing raw, untrained talent all the way toward the final.

Karaoke na Maidani
Ihor co-created, produced and hosted «Караоке на майдані» — the street-karaoke show that has stopped ordinary passers-by to sing on camera since 1999. It became one of Ukrainian television's most enduring and beloved formats, ran for two decades, and turned him into a household name across the country. It is also where his instinct for real, unpolished talent was sharpened week after week.

Shans
From 2003 to 2008 Ihor produced and co-authored «Шанс», a prime-time talent format built to give unknown performers their first real break. It was an early blueprint for the talent shows that followed in Ukraine, and a stage where more than one new name first met a national audience.
