Slava Frolova
Slava Frolova is a Ukrainian television host, director and author with three degrees — in journalism, directing and psychology — and a career that has moved between the studio, the page and the stage.
She started on air in Kyiv, directing and hosting live programmes including Novy Kanal's morning show «Підйом!», before joining the jury of «Україна має талант» (Ukraine's Got Talent), where she spent years championing new performers. Today she also runs a project supporting young Ukrainian artists in partnership with PinchukArtCentre.
From live TV to the talent-show jury
Ukraine's Got Talent («Україна має талант»)
Slava spent years on the jury of the nation's biggest all-genre talent stage. Bringing a psychologist's insight to every performance, she looked past the polish to the person standing on stage — and became known for the kind of honest, warm feedback that could change a performer's life in a single decision.

«Підйом!», Novy Kanal
Slava was one of the best-known faces of early-2000s Ukrainian TV, directing and hosting live programmes including Novy Kanal's national morning show «Підйом!». Years of live broadcasting gave her a rare command of the camera and an ease with people that she later brought straight to the judging table.

Books & the psychology of art
Away from the screen, Slava writes and teaches, holding degrees in journalism, directing and psychology. She has built a body of work around the psychology of creativity and performance — understanding not just what makes an act good, but what makes an artist tick.

Young-artist programme
She founded and still runs a project developing young Ukrainian artists, in partnership with PinchukArtCentre. It reflects what drives her across every role: finding new talent early and giving it the support, mentorship and platform it needs to grow.
